Kingsville: King Ranch Museum

The King Ranch Museum offers  insight about the ranch through artifacts, videos and particularly the large-scale Toni Frissell photos depicting Kineños in the early 1940s. These stunning black-and-white images, part of an extensive collection from the Library of Congress, portray engaging moments of families at work and play, offering a candid view of life on King Ranch. Another highlight is the 1949 Buick Eight known as El Kineño, a hunting car customdesigned for Congressman Richard M. Kleberg Sr., complete with rifle holders and a Running W chrome hood ornament.
